Road Safety & Transport Planning
HeroSeraph is an industry leader in the development of AI tools for road safety and transport planning. We are constantly innovating and undertaking R&D in this space.
Our flagship platform, ViaRisk, is an integrated AI & geospatial portal synthesising HeroSeraph's road safety AI models. These models are trained to assist transport planners and road safety professionals understand risks in a variety of contexts, from the level of individual intersections through to entire road networks.
Other areas in which HeroSeraph has applied AI technologies include automated identification of vulnerable pedestrians at intersections, computer vision applications in road safety and advanced data analysis.
Crisis Intelligence
We support governments and NGOs with data and insights to prepare for, manage and recover from crisis events, including natural disasters, humanitarian incidents, climate-related disruption and major emergencies.
By combining advanced data analysis with a global network of sensors and information sources, we help understand complex evolving events and provide insights into how they can be effectively managed.
For commercial customers, we assess how crisis events impact business operations, supply chains, workforce safety and customer outcomes.
Cyber Security
We help organisations build practical cyber readiness so teams are prepared before an incident occurs. Our work focuses on real-world capability: how people respond under pressure, how decisions get made, and how systems and processes can be put in place to mitigate risk.
Through structured training, exercises, and simulations, we develop skills across technical teams and leadership. Sessions are designed to reflect real incident conditions, strengthening detection, response coordination, and communication across the organisation.
We also develop cyber security training and simulation systems including Vulnerability Test Bed (VTB), a fully isolated simulation environment where teams can simulate various cyber security vulnerabilities against virtualised IT assets and networks.
Innovation & Grants
We partner with government and academia to develop next-generation AI systems in the risk and resilience domain.
